We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct product in stock we will credit you back the amount of the product. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of the item being received. Upon reviewing the condition of the defective item, we'll immediately replace your item. If you would like to return an item and it is not defective, you may do so as long as it is in the same order as it was when shipped.
